Your input is important.  If you would like to send your comments to the Project Team or have your name added to the study contact list, complete the form below and click “submit”. The Project Team will respond to all enquiries submitted through the study website.  There is the opportunity at any time during the study for interested persons to contact us regarding outstanding issues.

Protection of Privacy

Information will be collected in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.  With the exception of personal information, all comments will become part of the public record.
